Les travaux constituent un unique march\u00e9 ci-apr\u00e8s d\u00e9fini :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Travaux pr\u00e9liminaires<\/li>\r\n<li>Gros \u0153uvre : Installation du chantier, Fondations, El\u00e9vations, Enduits<\/li>\r\n<li>Charpente, couverture et plafonnage<\/li>\r\n<li>Menuiseries bois et m\u00e9tallique<\/li>\r\n<li>Rev\u00eatement des sols et des murs<\/li>\r\n<li>Electricit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du b\u00e2timent<\/li>\r\n<li>Plomberie Sanitaire<\/li>\r\n<li>Mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un plan de gestion environnementale et sociale (PGES).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>D\u00e9lais d\u2019ex\u00e9cution<\/strong><br \/>Les d\u00e9lais maximums pr\u00e9vus par le Ma\u00eetre d\u2019Ouvrage pour la r\u00e9alisation des travaux sont de douze (12) mois.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Financement des travaux<\/strong><br \/>Les travaux, objet du pr\u00e9sent Appel d&#8217;Offres, sont financ\u00e9s par le budget du projet ICC-PRDC financ\u00e9 par l\u2019Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (AFD).<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Participation et origine<\/strong><br \/>La participation au pr\u00e9sent Appel d\u2019Offres est ouverte \u00e0 toutes les entreprises ayant une exp\u00e9rience av\u00e9r\u00e9e dans les travaux de m\u00eame nature.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Consultation et Acquisition du Dossier d&#8217;Appel d&#8217;Offres<\/strong><br \/>Le dossier peut \u00eatre consult\u00e9 pendant les jours ouvrables, entre 9H00 et 17H00 au Secr\u00e9tariat de la Route Des Chefferies sis au sous-sol du b\u00e2timent du Village artisanal de Bafoussam, d\u00e8s publication du pr\u00e9sent avis.<br \/>Le dossier peut \u00eatre obtenu sur pr\u00e9sentation de la quittance de versement d\u2019une somme non remboursable de cent cinquante mille (150 000) FCFA.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sentation et remise des Offres<\/strong><br \/>Les documents constituant l\u2019offre du soumissionnaire seront r\u00e9partis en une enveloppe distincte cachet\u00e9e contenant :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Dossier administratif<\/li>\r\n<li>Offre technique<\/li>\r\n<li>Offre financi\u00e8re<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Chaque offre r\u00e9dig\u00e9e en fran\u00e7ais ou en anglais en cinq (05) exemplaires papier dont un (01) original, quatre (04) copies marqu\u00e9es comme telles et une (01) copie num\u00e9rique, devra parvenir au Secr\u00e9tariat de la RDC, au plus tard le 16 septembre 2024 \u00e0 10H00, et d\u00e9pos\u00e9e contre d\u00e9charge.
