It initiated the Route des Chefferies program, implemented in 2006 with the help of traditional chiefs of the Grassfields, which became the eponymous organization. For the past twenty years, the APLC has developed numerous projects between France and Cameroon in the cultural, tourism and development sectors. \n\t\t\t\tOur<\/span> projects\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” el_class=”formation_image”][vc_column_inner el_class=”imageTextContentLeft” width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”3250″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”textContentWithoutTitle” width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]The APLC is the organization that initiated the Route des Chefferies, and has accompanied it in its projects in Cameroon and internationally over the past years. Together, they have created museums, international exhibitions, but also realized mediation projects, supported local populations in their economic development and contributed to strengthen the ICC sector in Cameroon. In France, they have introduced the country to the public in the Loire Valley, through numerous exhibitions, participation in fairs and association events. The APLC has also organized economic days in France for Cameroonians in the country and the diaspora, and has established a strong relationship with the city of Nantes and the city of Dschang.. <\/em>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1667391295986{margin-top: 50px !important;}”][vc_column_inner el_class=”textContentWithoutTitle” width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]Some of our ongoing projects in Cameroon<\/strong>\u00a0(non-exhaustive list)<\/p>\n

  • A project to support arts and crafts in Western Cameroon<\/strong>, in partnership with the West Cameroon Regional Tourist Office (ORTOC) and supported by AFD and the Pays de la Loire region.<\/li>\n
  • An exhibition on independence in Cameroon<\/strong>, which is part of the International Museum of African Independence, a project in collaboration with the Route des Chefferies and supported, among others, by the “Creating in Central Africa” program of ACP UE Culture (reference to the page of the museum project on African independence)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    An international mobility project “African Scenography”<\/strong>, with the scenographer Rossila Goussanou, who aims to work on the heritage box of Foto on the theme of women.
